Do you work with an existing codebase?
Yes. A short audit comes first so the plan is based on what is actually there, then we improve it in slices rather than proposing a rewrite.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. It lives in your repository under your accounts, and there is nothing to migrate when the engagement ends.
